Kevin Black

Executive Vice President

Under Kevin’s leadership, Ipreo’s Private Capital Markets division is empowering its clients to harness the power of their data with transformational results.

A recognized leader in the financial data and information space, Kevin has built, led and scaled some of the largest and most successful products and teams in the industry. He was an early member of the Capital IQ executive team, where he built what became the world’s largest and highest-quality financial data and analytics operation. Kevin also drove several strategic acquisitions and was a key member of the core executive team driving Capital IQ's growth from start-up stage to over 4,000 clients and $400mm in revenue. Most recently, Kevin held the role of CEO at iLEVEL, and was instrumental in facilitating the company’s successful acquisition by Ipreo.

Kevin previously led Data Product Management and Data Operations for Thomson Financial and was President of Nelson Information (acquired by Thomson in 1997). He also spent two years in consumer healthcare information on the executive team of ZocDoc.

Kevin holds a BS degree from Lehigh University’s College of Business and Economics.

Melissa Ferraz

Managing Director, Global Head of Client Development

As Managing Director and Global Head of Client Development, Melissa oversees overall leadership, coordination, and functional management of all global sales efforts for Ipreo Private Capital Markets and helps drive strategic planning across all products and geographies. She is also responsible for enhancing client relationships and ensuring that client-facing sales and service professionals communicate and deliver the unique value that Ipreo’s products and services for the private capital markets bring to clients and business partners. Prior to Ipreo’s acquisition of iLEVEL, Melissa held the role of iLEVEL’s VP, EMEA & APAC Client Development.

As a leader with nearly 15 years of experience in the financial technology space, Melissa has a successful track record of growing businesses from the ground up. Before joining iLEVEL, Melissa was VP, Central Region Head of Sales at S&P Capital IQ, where she successfully launched and grew the Central Region to the second-largest region in the world with over $100 million in annual revenue. She has also held sales positions at FactSet Research Systems. She is a board member for Stop Traffick, a 501(c)3 raising awareness and funds to help fight human trafficking.

Melissa holds MBA and Juris Doctor degrees from Loyola University Chicago, and a BBA, Finance from the University of Iowa. She is a licensed attorney in the State of Illinois.

Mark Gonzalez

Managing Director, Head of Commercial Strategy and Operations

As Managing Director of Commercial Strategy and Operations, Mark leads worldwide client development, account management, marketing and strategic business development for Ipreo’s Private Capital Markets and Private Company Solutions divisions. In this role, Mark is responsible for building new client relationships, strengthening existing client relationships, and identifying, driving and managing transformational partnerships that create long-term value for our partners.
 
Prior to joining Ipreo, Mark spent two decades in senior operational and sales roles within global, complex investment firms on both the sell side and buy side. He is a dedicated and established leader, that has built teams to drive value for the firm and the clients they serve.
 
Mark comes to Ipreo most recently from Bloomberg where he was the Global Head of Trading Solutions  Sell Side OMS business. Prior to this role, Mark ran operations and sales for cleared OTC derivative groups in response to Dodd Frank within large investment banks and oversaw business operations for a  variety of buyside market participants, such as; hedge funds, proprietary trading, broker dealer advisory, and high frequency trading.

Jaime Hildreth

Managing Director, Head of PE and LP Market Strategy

As Managing Director, Head of PE and LP Market Strategy, Jaime is responsible for driving new product initiatives targeted to the PE and LP markets. Jaime brings extensive subject matter expertise on the PE and LP markets, representing those who will be affected by the results of our product development and services efforts– our existing and prospective clients – because she was one. 
 
Jaime joins us from Blackstone, where she was a Senior Vice President, overseeing Valuations and LP reporting for Blackstone’s Private Equity and Tactical Opportunity Program. Over the course of her seven year tenure with Blackstone, Jaime developed and implemented the group’s valuation procedures, policies, templates and reporting practices. Jaime was also instrumental in advancing Blackstone’s comprehensive LP reporting capabilities and analytics, powered by iLEVEL.

Before joining Blackstone, Jaime worked in various finance roles at General Electric, where she participated in its Corporate Audit Staff and Financial Management Programs.

Jaime received a B.S., summa cum laude, from Fairfield University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.

David Krzemienski

Managing Director, Head of Product

Dave leads Ipreo Private Capital Markets’ product and product deployment teams.  In this role, Dave is responsible for overall product strategy, product management and design, as well as execution of complex product deployments.  In addition to setting the strategy and driving execution of Ipreo Private Capital Markets’ products, Dave also ensures that our clients are set up for success and configured in a way that maximizes the value of their investment in technology.

David is an accomplished technology, product and operations executive with a proven track record for delivering innovative products and technology solutions. He served as Head of Contributor Products and Operations and VP at TheMarkets.com, where he built and led technology and product teams that delivered high-quality, user-centric products that disrupted the competition, drove strong revenue growth and enabled a successful acquisition. He has also held positions at Sapient Corporation, delivering business, technology and strategic solutions to clients such as Citigroup and Bessemer Trust. Most recently, David held the position of iLEVEL’s VP, Services. He assumed his current role with Ipreo after the company’s successful acquisition of iLEVEL.

Dave holds a degree in Computer Science Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and a minor in Marketing from Wharton.

David LaFontaine

Managing Director, Head of Operations and Services

Dave leads the Private Capital Markets Operations and Services team dedicated to empowering institutional and private company client’s data management and workflow to simplify and support shareholder management and realize greater portfolio value throughout the entire capital lifecycle.
 
As a technology, operations and product executive with a strong track record of delivering exceptional client experience and driving operational efficiency, Dave joined the team after the acquisition of Shareholder InSite in 2014 where he was responsible for all operations, client service delivery and product teams.
 
Previous to that he was VP of the Customer Resource Group with Cybera, a Nashville-based provider of cloud-based application and security services, and prior to that he was SVP of Client Development and Training at Investment Scorecard (purchased by Informa Investment Solutions in 2007), where he directed client-development organization across multiple business units, growing its customer base to more than 1,400 financial and investment clients.
 
LaFontaine is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Saar Menachemi

Global Head of Client Solutions

Saar leads the team that ensures that prospective and current clients of every size and type are able to align Ipreo technologies with their business goals and realize a sustained and significant return on their investment. Saar is also responsible for all client-facing presentations of Ipreo technology, and adapting Ipreo’s products and services to market and client requirements.
 
Saar was an integral member of the iLEVEL team since 2011 until its acquisition by Ipreo. Saar previously held the role of Senior Director, Client Solutions.
 
With an established track record of more than 13 years of providing technology and services solutions to Financial Services, Saar previously held senior account executive roles at AvePoint, a provider of infrastructure management software solutions, and various client services and sales roles at Intralinks, a secure collaboration and document sharing solution.
 
Saar holds a BA in Information Science and Policy from the University at Albany.

Amy Newlan

Americas Head of Client Development

As Americas Head of Client Development, Amy overseas sales, strategy and growth initiatives across the Americas region for Ipreo Private Capital Markets. Amy has extensive experience working with private equity, real estate and venture capital GPs and LPs to help them enhance performance and maximize their investment in Ipreo’s market-leading solutions. Prior to Ipreo’s acquisition of iLEVEL, Amy held the role of Senior Director, Client Development.
 
As a versatile sales leader with more than 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, Amy’s expertise spans relationship management, product management, operations, sales and client service.
 
She previously worked for J.P. Morgan in its private equity and real estate services business and successfully launched their Asia-Pacific office in Sydney, Australia. Prior to that, Amy was an Analyst at Portfolio Advisors, LLC.
 
Amy holds a BS in Business Administration from Bucknell University.

Brett Suchor

Managing Director, Head of Venture and Portfolio Company Market Strategy

As Managing Director, Head of VC and Portco Market Strategy, Brett has lead responsibility for driving new product initiatives targeted to the VC and Portco markets.  Brett brings 20+ years of experience in business valuation and securities analysis, as well as seven years of leadership in the development of technology solutions for private capital markets.

Brett joined the company when Shareholder InSite was acquired by Ipreo in 2014.  Brett was President of Shareholder InSite, a premier provider of shareholder data management, analytics, reporting and valuation solutions and services for venture capital, private equity, and private portfolio companies.  Prior to that, Brett founded the company Qval and built the early versions of the Qval product offered to the market today. Brett was also the Chairman and President of Quist Valuation, a preeminent, independent business valuation firm specializing in valuing emerging companies. During the 15 years that Brett led Quist Valuation, the firm was a market leader in Topic 820 valuations for the venture market and 409a valuations for privately-held companies.

Brett holds an MBA, Finance, from the University of Colorado, and a BS, Finance from the University of Wyoming. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and an ASA Member and Accredited Senior Appraiser.
